Philly's name is a reference to Darksydephil, an infamous let's player known for his utter lack of skill at even the easiest of games.
Philly has more Health and ATK then Laxo.
Philly and Laxo have 1 DEF and SDEF, making them rather easy to kill.
Area 4, right before the Joy Labs (Pain Mode Only).
Philly's entire body has grown to giant sizes, and it's head and jaw seem to have been broken by it's mutation, leaving it unable to use it's mouth for any purposes except for screaming loudly, it's eyes have possibly inverted in color, or are simply obscured by it's massive brows, it's torso seems to be curved in shape, as indicated by the appearance of the folds on it's flesh, it also still apparently has it's arms as it is capable of breaking necks, although they are unrecognizable now. Philly is a Pain Mode exclusive encounter, similar to the likes of Herb, it, along with its companion Laxo, blocks the entrance to the Joy Labs and must be defeated in order to proceed
