There have been some rumors of a possible future DLC providing some sort of CO-OP campaign mode but with how the single-player sandbox campaign works it doesn't seem likely. While Bannerlord does feature multiplayer gameplay, at the moment you are not able to play through the regular campaign with your friends. İkisoft Software Company Does Bannerlord 2 have multiplayer? The developers Taleworlds Entertainment have previously stated that creating a campaign that was playable in co-op was just too much of a challenge to implement at release. It has been a much desired feature for players but unfortunately there will be no Mount and Blade Bannerlord multiplayer campaign.
If you want a heavily-modded game, Floris is a better option if you want to just get a few extra horses and some formations, maybe not.
